Climate Change.
Climate change is one of the most daunting challenges of our times. The relationships between climate and economic dynamics are fascinating but still obscure. A lot of effort is required to advance in such an interesting and multidisciplinary field. My research focuses on the application of ABM and network models, both for impact assessment and policy testing.

Agent Based Modeling, Macroeconomics & Validation.
The theory of Complex Systems offers interesting tools to analyze social phenomena. One of them is agent based modeling. However, the relationship of complex simulation models with the empirical data is non-trivial. My research focuses on the analysis of macroeconomic issues by means of ABMs and on the empirical validation of these models.
